The home is very well equipped for all your vacation needs. The open American kitchen has granite counters, bar stools and a separate breakfast nook. Kitchen is loaded with high end products as Kitchen Aid and Nespresso. Dining table seats 6 persons. All 3 bedrooms (2 kings, 1 queen) are provided with TV and DVD player and have adjoining bathrooms. The master bath has a walking shower and a tub. The large, open living area leads to the pool area where you can enjoy yourself in the pool or enjoy a good book on one of the comfortable lounge chairs or sun tanning in the warm Florida sun. The pool is electric heated. There is a stainless steel BBQ. Pool bath. If you want to rent a boat you can use the dock to tie it up. For your convenience you have WIFI. Weekly rate is $ 1.800/4 persons. Additional person is $ 100/week. Plus $ 210 cleaning fee and 11.5 % taxes. Additional 20 % on Xmas/New Year and Easter time. Pets considered.
