The Getaway is a brand new gorgeous home located in the SW on a freshwater canal. It has southern exposure. It has 4 bedrooms (1 king, 2 queens and 2 twins) and 3 baths. The open kitchen has quartz countertops and stainless steal appliances and is very well equipped. The living room has TV and an electric fireplace. All bedrooms have TVs. The lanai has plenty of pool furniture - outdoor dining table that seats 8 persons, a lounge set and lounge chairs. Enjoy entertaining your guests having BBQ at the large summer kitchen (sink and also fridge). Pool can be heated electrically. Weekly rate is $ 2,200 plus $ 240 cleaning fee and 11.5 % taxes. Surcharge of 20 % on Xmas and Easter. Ask for summer special rates!
