Villa River Mansion was originally built in 1923 and has been completely remodeled. It is located in Ft. Myers right on the river. The terrace has western exposure and you would see the most amazing sunsets you can imagine. The villa has 3 bedrooms (1 king and 2 queens) and 2.5 baths. Two bedrooms have TV. The kitchen has granite countertops, top appliances and is fully equipped. There is a separate breakfast nook. The large living room has TV, DVD and an open fireplace. Bose surround system throughout the house. In the separate office you have WI-FI. The pool is electric heated. The lanai has enough pool furniture to relax and a BBQ grill. The boat dock/lift cannot be used! In the garage you have 2 bikes which can be used. Close to shopping, restaurants and downtown Ft. Myers. The weekly rate is U$ 1,800. Monthly rates on request. Plus U$ 200 cleaning fee and 11.5 % taxes. Rate on Xmas and Easter is $ 2.800/week.
