This VIP Villa is across from preserved mangroves, which provides lots of privacy. Villa Royal boasts two master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and two guest bedrooms with a Jack and Jill (shared) bathroom. There is also a pool bathroom. The pool is electric heated and has southern exposure. The pool does have a children's safety fence! Bikes are provided to explore the neighborhood. PLEASE NOTE: the boat dock is available to guests, the lift is not. Guests have an electric allowance of $50/week or $150/month and only pay what they use more. Ask for summer special rates.
