Electrically heated pretty west facing pool for those evening sunsets and with patio furniture and gas barbecue. The entire property is fenced and the house is pet friendly. Non refundable pet fee is $ 200. The weekly rate is from Dec 19 - April 23 $ 1,500 from April 24 - December 18 $ 1,200. PLus $ 200 cleaning fee and 11.5 % taxes.
